1.  By participating in the Promotion, you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Ambush (as defined below), as well as the legal terms and conditions available on https://www.ambushdesign.com/ which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

2.  Ambush Italy S.r.l. (registered company no.  11110020960) whose registered office is Via Filippo Turati 12, Milano – 20121 - Italy (“Ambush”) is the organiser of the Promotion.

3.  Starting from 10 May 2023 while stocks last, on https://www.ambushdesign.com Ambush will offer customers the opportunity to purchase one-of-a kind samples from Ambush SS23 Runway collection (“Sample(s)

4.  The Samples are subject to availability and while stocks last, is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. The total available stock consists of 22 pieces

5.  The Sample is available in one size and one colour only.

6.  This Promotion is only valid at the websites listed above. This Promotion is not available at any store or online website not listed above.

7.  This Promotion is only available for customers aged 18 or over.

8.  Ambush reserves the right to amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms & Conditions will be published on this page.

9.  Ambush is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind which prevents the customer from participating in the Promotion.

10.  Your personal data (within the meaning of art. 4, paragraph 1, point 1) of EU Regulation 679/2016) will be processed in accordance with Ambush’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ambushdesign.com, within Privacy Policy section.

11.  The Promotion will be governed by the law of Italy.

12.  For anything not expressly governed by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions and terms and conditions on the website https://www.ambushdesign.com/ shall apply.
