AMBUSH®︎ WORKSHOP2 2ND ANNIVERSARY
To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of AMBUSH® WORKSHOP2 at Shibuya PARCO, AMBUSH® will release a limited edition PEACE ring made from recycled silver.
For its 5th anniversary, the AMBUSH® WORKSHOP flagship store released a limited edition PEACE bangle made from recycled silver. This time, the iconic PEACE design is incorporated onto a ring. One size, it can be worn as either a ring or an ear cuff.
AMBUSH® is the first company in Japan to collect and refine silver at a designated factory to create new silver projects domestically. Silver is extracted from discarded jewelry and metal consumer goods and reused to make AMBUSH® RECYCLED SILVER. Through this system, the source of silver is traceable to ensure only the finest materials are used while lessening the impact on the environment.
The PEACE ring is made from 100% recycled sterling silver with a purity of 925. As a symbol of AMBUSH®’s commitment to sustainability in jewelry, the inside of the ring is engraved with the letters “RMSV,” an abbreviation of “RECYCLE METAL SILVER.”
We have also created a new limited-edition capsule collection of upcycled DENIM BY AMBUSH®. The unisex collection includes jackets, shirts, jeans, dresses, and accessories, each uniquely crafted from deadstock to create one-of-a-kind items.
Upcycled from original DENIM BY AMBUSH® pieces created in collaboration with Japanese artisans, each new item features durable, mid-weight denim with a worn-in finish. These unique designs carefully repurpose existing denim products to avoid textile waste. Upcycling and repurposing keep textiles out of the landfill by giving them new life.
Classic styles are transformed by reworking, splicing, and patching different washes and colors into new silhouettes. Styles juxtapose the timelessness of denim with a contemporary remix. No two pieces are alike.
AMBUSH® RECYCLED SILVER and DENIM BY AMBUSH® limited collection will be available at AMBUSH® WORKSHOP, AMBUSH® WORKSHOP2, and AMBUSH® HANKYU UMEDA from November 19, 2021.
